อยากกลับมาอีกครั้งเพื่อศึกษาสมาธิ

เพราะฉันได้มาวัดพระธรรมกาย

จกหมาย....จากใจจีอึน, เกาหลีใต้

Hello, my name is 지은 who major 
in Buddhism from Dongkuk university. 
This time I have an opportunity to participate 
this program which has connection between our Buddhism department and Dhammakaya. 

สวัสดีค่ะ ฉันชื่อจีอึนค่ะ ฉันเรียนสาขาพุทธศาสนา
ในมหาวิทยาลัยดงกุก ครั้งนี้ฉันได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมโครงการนี้ 
ด้วยความร่วมมือระหว่างสาขาวิชาพุทธศาสนาของพวกเรา 
กับวัดพระธรรมกาย

As a Buddhism major student, I applied this program. 
I am huge interesting to comparison between
 Mahayana and Theravada. Hm, 
compared to Korean Buddhism-mayhayana-, 
it is impressive that Theravada has more uprightness 
to keep laws. It looks so stronger than Korean’s. 
Washing their body by keeping the laws, 
disciplining can be increased their practice. 
Hm, to practice their mind. 
Theravada’s practice was impressive. 

ฉันสมัครโครงการนี้ เพราะเป็นนักเรียนสาขาพุทธศาสนา 
ฉันสนใจในเรื่องการเปรียบเทียบ 
ระหว่างพุทธแบบมหายานกับเถรวาทอย่างมาก ...
ฮืม... เมื่อเทียบกับพุทธมหายานในเกาหลีแล้ว 
มันน่าประทับใจมากว่าพุทธเถรวาทมีการรักษา
กฎระเบียบต่างๆ ไว้ได้ดีกว่า พุทธที่นี่ดูแล้วจะเข้มแข็ง
กว่าในเกาหลี มีการอาบน้ำด้วยการรักษากฎ 
(น่าจะหมายถึง การรักษาศีล หรือการมีUG5) 
การมีระเบียบวินัยทำให้ฝึกฝนอบรมตนเองได้ดีขึ้น ...
ฮืม... การฝึกฝนจิตใจแบบพุทธเถรวาท น่าประทับใจมากค่ะ

I used to have a misunderstanding about 
southern Buddhist and Theravada. 
After learning in here, it is just split 
the Buddha’s teaching by time and region. 
The main propose are same. 
The conclusion is following the Buddha’s original sounds.

ฉันเคยเข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับชาวพุทธทางใต้ 
กับพุทธเถรวาท แต่หลังจากเรียนรู้จากที่นี่ 
ฉันคิดว่ามันเป็นเพียงการแบ่งคำสอน
ของพระพุทธเจ้าด้วยกาลเวลาและเขตดินแดน
แต่เป้าหมายหลักของคำสอนนั้นเหมือนกัน 
โดยสรุปแล้วก็คือการปฏิบัติตาม
คำสอนดั้งเดิมของพระพุทธองค์นั่นเอง 

I felt this a lot. The way to explain about 
mercy shows such as Sahtu, Tutanga, and mendicancy. 
Compared to Korean-mahayana those elements 
is highly related to practice directly. Therefore, 
I belong to Mahayana. I want to come again, 
and study more about Theravada, 
and mediation next time. Thank you very much.

ฉันรู้สึกกับมันอย่างมาก ในวิธีการแสดงออก
ที่ทำให้เห็นความเมตตากรุณา เช่น การ “สาธุ”, 
งานธุดงค์ และการรับบิณฑบาตของพระ 
เมื่อเทียบกับพุทธมหายานในเกาหลี 
องค์ประกอบเหล่านี้มีความเชื่อมโยงสูง
ในการที่จะฝึนฝนได้โดยตรง เนื่องจาก
ฉันนับถือพุทธมหายาน 
ฉันอยากจะกลับมาอีก 
และเรียนเกี่ยวกับพุทธเถรวาท
และการนั่งสมาธิให้มากขึ้นในครั้งต่อไป

ที่มาประเทศไทยครั้งแรก

"ผู้คนที่นี่จิตใจงดงามมากกว่าดอกไม้ที่สวยที่สุด

สาธุชนที่นี่เป็นดุจดอกไม้ที่สวยที่สุดในโลก..."

จากบุญนำ 자재천. 

Bunnam : I am so happy that we can participate activity 
of children’s day, and get a chance to meet a Mayor. 
We are blessed so much.
รู้สึกมีความสุขมากที่ได้ร่วมกิจกรรมวันเด็ก 
และได้มีโอกาสได้พบนายกเทศมนตรี พวกเรารู้สึกดีมาก

P phen : Do you have anything to say 
about this program’s experience to Korean people?
พี่เพ็ญ : มีอะไรอยากจะบอกกับคนเกาหลี เกี่ยวกับโครงการนี้บ้างคะ?

Bunnam : This is a first time to visit in Thailand. 
Our professors said that we must visit Dhammakaya temple
 before we graduate. 
นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้มาประเทศไทย 
อาจารย์ของเราบอกว่าเราจะต้องมาที่วัดพระธรรมกาย
ก่อนที่จะเรียนจบ

It is more than what we have heard, 
looking at the million Buddha statue is nowhere in the world. 
เราได้อะไรมากกว่าที่เคยได้ยินมา 
การได้ชมพระพุทธรูปนับล้านองค์เป็นสิ่งไม่มีที่ไหนในโลก

Because three treasures(triratana in Pali) are the center in our Buddhism, the statues are naturally set.
เพราะว่าพระรัตนตรัยคือแก่นของพระพุทธศาสนา 
พระพุทธรูปเป็นหนึ่งในนั้น

And for 10 year’s ceremony, monks’ religious mendicancy 
is also impressive. To worship the Lord, Buddha, 
people prepared from their heart. It is also impressive.
และสำหรับพิธีกรรมในระยะเวลา 10 ปี 
การปฏิบัติอย่างพระสงฆ์ผู้ขอบิณฑบาตร
เป็นสิ่งที่น่าประทับใจมากรวมทั้งการแสดงเคารพต่อพระพุทธเจ้า 
หรือการเตรียมตัวมาทำบุญของสาธุชน ล้วนเป็นสิ่งที่น่าประทับใจ

I joined everything with joyful mind, 
and after finishing the event, everybody clean their seats 
without any trash. This behaviour is more beautiful than flower.
ฉันได้เข้าร่วมทุกกิจกรรมด้วยใจปิติ หลังจากเสร็จพิธีกรรม 
ทุกคนก็ช่วยกันทำความสะอาดพื้นที่นั่ง ไม่ให้มีขยะเหลืออยู่ 
การปฏิบัติแบบนี้เป็นความงดงาม มากกว่าดอกไม้

And we sprinkled flower for encouraging Monks’ asceticism 
that Buddha’s did. We pray our wish through 
this sprinkling figure, and this scenery is so beautiful. 
และพวกเราได้ร่วมโปรยดอกไม้ (ดาวรวย) 
เพื่อต้อนรับพระธรรมยาตราด้วย
พวกเราได้ส่งเสียงสาธุการในเส้นทางที่โรยด้วยดอกไม้นี้ 
ป็นภาพที่สวยงามมาก

People are more beautiful than the most beautiful flower. 
Here, I felt lay people’s figure is the most beautiful flower 
in the world. 
ผู้คนที่นี่จิตใจงดงามมากกว่าดอกไม้ที่สวยที่สุด
สาธุชนที่นี่เป็นดุจดอกไม้ที่สวยที่สุดในโลก

Moreover, while we are practicing meditation as a foreigner, 
our staffs help us to remove obstacles, 
so…… I knew that the most biggest temple 
in the world is Dhammakaya, 
now I experienced the laypeople are bigger than the temple.
มากไปกว่านั้น ระหว่างที่ได้มาปฏิบัติธรรมที่นี่
ในฐานะชาวต่างชาติ Staff ผู้จัดค่ายของพวกเรา
ช่วยแก้ไขอุปสรรคต่างๆ ในการปฏิบัติธรรมให้พวกเรา
ดังนั้น...ฉันรู้แล้วว่าวัดที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก คือ วัดพระธรรมกาย
และตอนนี้ฉันได้สัมผัสแล้วว่าสาธุชนคนวัด ยิ่งใหญ่กว่าตัววัดเอง

We learned 5UG yesterday. First, 
cleanness, second, orderliness, third, politeness, 
fourth, punctuality, fifth, meditation. 
เมื่อวานนี้ พวกเราได้เรียนความดีสากลห้าประการ 
ข้อแรกความสะอาด ข้อสองความเป็นระเบียบ 
ข้อสามความสุภาพ ข้อสี่ตรงต่อเวลา และข้อห้าสมาธิ

Those five things should be keep as a human being. 
It will be helpful to remove hindrance during 
the self-practice. This is important policy.
ห้าประการนี้ควรทำให้เป็นปกติของมนุษย์ 
มันจะช่วยกำจัดนิวรณ์ในการฝึกปฏิบัติด้วยตนเองได้
นี่คือสิ่งที่สำคัญ

After coming back to Korea, I will keep in mind 
this and practice meditation. 
ฉันจะนำวิธีนี้ไปใช้ ควบคู่กับการปฏิบัติธรรม 
เมื่อกลับไปเกาหลีแล้ว 

It seems to be helpful a lot to study our mind. 
I really want to introduce this policy to our laypeople. 
มันดูเป็นประโยชน์มากที่จะเรียนรู้จิตใจของเราเอง 
ฉันอยากแนะนำข้อปฏิบัติเหล่านี้ให้กับคนของฉัน

Through this training, I experienced so many things, 
saw, and listened lots of things. Owing to this experience, 
I satisfied to visit here. 
ในการมาอบรมครั้งนี้ ฉันได้ประสบการณ์หลายอย่าง 
ได้เห็น ได้ฟังหลายอย่าง ฉันรู้สึกพอใจในการมา

안녕하세요 누나 형 동생들 지난 3개월 동안 우리는 많은 추억을 만들었어요. 제 인생에서 가장 행복한 3개월이었어요. 태국에서 지내는 3개월동안 편안했고, 따뜻했고, 정말 행복했어요.
말로는 표현 할 수 없을 정도로 고맙습니다. 비록 비자가 만료돼어서 이렇게 일찍 떠나지만, 마음만은 항상 같이 있을게요. 여기서 배운 모든것들 잊지 않고 잘 실천하도록 노력할게요. 오늘 이렇게 마주보지 못하고 인사드리지 못해 죄송스럽지만 이렇게 글로서 마음을 전합니다.

Hi, Everyone, For the last 3 months 
we made a lot of memories.
In my life this 3 months is the most happiness time 
ever never ever. I was happy, warm, 
comfortable living in Thailand.
I couldn’t express as saying at all, 
but I really appreciated you. 
Although visa expired so I come back to Korea early,
 I will be always with you in your mind.
 I will try to do what I learned here, 
Today I’m sorry about that I can’t say “good bye” 
as face to face. I want to express my feeling by words.

สวัสดีครับพี่น้อง ในช่วง 3 เดือนที่แล้ว...
พวกเรามีความทรงจำด้วยกันมากมาย
3 เดือนนี้เป็นระยะเวลา
ที่มีความสุขที่สุดในชีวิดของผม 
ผมมีความสุข... รู้สึกอบอุ่นเวลาอาศัยอยู่ที่ไทย 
มีความสะดวก มีความสบายใจ 
ผมไม่สามารถแสดงเป็นคำพูดต่อทุกคน 
แต่ผมชื่นชมคุณจริงๆ แม้ว่าวีซ่าหมดอายุ 
ดังนั้นแม้ผมต้องกลับเกาหลีในช่วงต้นเดือน 
แต่ผมจะอยู่ในใจของคุณเสมอ 
ผมจะเก็บแต่สิ่งที่ดีจะยังคงอยู่ในความทรงจำ
วันนี้ผมขอโทษที่ไม่สามารถบอกลาได้ด้วยตัวเอง 
ผมขอโทษเกี่ยวกับการที่ฉันไม่สามารถพูดว่า "ลา" 
เป็นตัวต่อตัว ผมต้องการที่จะแสดงความรู้สึกของผมด้วยคำพูด
